Payments taken via direct debit on a rolling monthly basis - no start-up fee, cancel whenever.

This membership is for individual use only.

You will be given a code when you purchase. You will then enter the code at checkout (once you have chosen your slot each time).

Friday 3 pm - 9:00 pm

Saturday 11 am - 5:30 pm

Monday 10:00 am - 2:45 pm , 5 pm - 9:00 pm

Sunday 10 am - 4:30 pm (privates)

Vital Info

    • Swimwear (optional)

    • A towel to sit on and a towel to dry yourself

    • Walking boots in wet weather, you're going into a wilderness after all..

    • A water bottle

    • Sauna hat provided

  • to keep the space calm and respectful for everyone:

    • Sit on a towel inside the sauna

      Please bring two towels with you. One to sit on theand one to dry yourself with.

    • One ladle at a time

      Ask others before adding water to the stones and pause between ladles. It takes time for the heat to have an effect and too much water kills the fire.

    • Be mindful of others' experiences 

      This is a community space. Please be mindful of your noise level within the sauna. Some sauna’s are quiet.

    • Shower before you plunge

      Please rinse off your sweat! It helps keep the plunges fresh for everyone.

    • Clothing is optional at the off grid sauna

      It’s traditional to go nude in the sauna for hygiene. We recommend wearing a towel around the waist until you are in the sauna.

    • Essential oils guidance 

      Only put our aromatherapy ices on the rocks. Putting the wrong essential oils can affect the customers’ safety. Please ask our team for more info.

    • This is a sober space

      The closest we’ve got to alcohol here is the whisky barrel plunges

    • This is a phone-free zone

      Please do not bring your phone inside the sauna. You are welcome to take pictures of one self

    • The sauna takes 3 minutes to walk to from your car . follow the signs

    • Please do not arrive on site any earlier than 5 minutes before your session, and try to leave within 5 minutes of the end.
